Account problems

Mini School accounts are issued by your school. If you cannot sign in, have forgotten your password or need your account details changed, please contact your school's administrator first. The school manages the accounts and the records of its students, guardians and staff.

Requesting deletion of your data

You can ask for your personal data to be deleted in either of two ways.

• Tell your school, which controls the data.
• Or email info@tazzanda.com with your full name, your school and the data you want deleted.
